Please be advised that the Division did not receive the $188.00 processing fee for the <br />Technical Revision. Your technical revision will not be considered submitted until the Technical Revision fee is <br />received by the Division. In addifion, this request must come from either the Permittee or an authorized agent. <br />This letter shall not be construed to mean that there aze no other technical deficiencies in your technical revision.
