Cattany <br />San 1,u15, C~ 81152 Division Director <br />Natural Resource Trustee <br />/ / <br />Re: San Acacio Gravel Pit, Permit No. M-1999-024, Receipt of 110 to 112 Constriction Materials <br />Reclamation Permit Conversion Application Package, CN-1 / <br />Dear Mr. Valdez: <br />On May 2, 2003, the Division of Minerals and Geelogy received your 110 to 112 Construction Materials <br />Reclamation Permit Conversion Application package for the San Acacio Gravel Pit, Permit No. M-1999-024. <br />Preliminary review of the information received determined that the following items must be received before the <br />Division can consider your application as being submitted and technical review can begin: <br />EXTIIRiT A -Wildlife Tnfnrmafinn (Role 6.4. (1) In developing the wildlife information, you <br />may wish to contact the local wildlife conservation officer.
