After
consideration of this information and the facts surrounding this
violation, I regret to inform you that I have decided not to vacate
this violation.
However, the information you provided is important and should be
considered prior to penalty assessment and, if you so choose, at
the assessment conference. You will be provided notice of the
proposed civil penalty in the near future.
The Division recognizes that Trapper Mine has had an outstanding
compliance record for many years. The Division certainly
appreciates the efforts made by the Trapper Mine in maintaining an
exemplary compliance record.
Please contact Steven Renner if you have questions or comments.
Sincerel ,
Michael B.
