DV94-12-R, DV94-18-R, <br />DV94-20-R, DV95-1-P and DV95-2-P --Third Status Report <br />Deaz Judge McDonald: <br />Pursuant to the Orders entered in the referenced cases by Judge Child on Januazy 4, 1995, <br />Kerr Coal Company submits this Third Status Report. <br />The Settlement Agreement, which was referred to in the Stipulated Motions for Stay filed <br />on or about December 23, 1994, continues to be implemented in accordance with its tetms. Kerr <br />Coal Company estimates that performance of all such terms will be completed during the last <br />calendar quarter of ] 995. Accordingly, the justification for continuing the stay in the referenced <br />cases remains in effect. <br />I am authorized to state that counsel for the OSMRE concurs in this Third Status Report, <br />five duplicate originals of which are submitted for the OHA's convenience in maintaining the <br />files for the referenced cases. <br />cc: John S.
