'Where were these
drill holes located? Where are the analyses reports?
Paragraph 3 on page 6 states that "BMRI collected additional pore water sample during the vibra
core drilling program" and that the "samples have been submitted for analyses aid the results will
be presented upon completion." Please provide a copy of the analyses reports.
I plan to send amemo/letter to Jim Pendleton, Harry Posey, etc., to try to jog their memory about
the adequacy of BMRI's response.
If possible, let's try to bring closure to this NOV abatement requirement in the Next month or two.
Give me a call if you have any questions.
Sincerely,
James Dillie
Environmental Protection Specialist
JD/bjw
~61W~BMRI.JD
