Our <br />initial review indicates that all preliminary items required by the Colorado <br />tdined Land Reclamation Act, C.R.S. 34-32-101, et seq., have been submitted; <br />thus your application has been deemed complete 7iTT review and comment time <br />periods initiate from this date. <br />The tentative date for consideration of your application by the Mined Land <br />Reclamation 9oard is January 18, 1990. You should commence publication of a <br />notice of the filinD of this application immediately (see enclosed rotice <br />format.) You must also mail a copy of the notice to all owners of record of <br />surface rights of affected land and immediately adjacent land. You must <br />provide proof of the notice and mailing, such as Certified t;ai1 Rett.rn Receipt <br />Requested, to the t4LR staff before your application can be considered by the <br />Board. You must also place a cony of this application for public review, less <br />confidential items, with the Costilla County Clerk and Recorder. Ary <br />subseouent chan_aes or additions to the copies on file in our offices must also <br />be made in this local government copy. <br />THE STAFF IS REVIEWING YOUR APPLICATION TO DETERMINE WHETHER IT IS ~.DEOUATE TO <br />MEET THE REOUIREt~iENTS OF THE LAW.
