As a <br />requirement of that Order, Hall-Irwin Corporation submitted an Analysis of Impacts to Wetlands <br />from Slurry Wall Construction at Hall-Irwin Baseline Operation, Brighton, Colorado in <br />September of 2000. <br />EPA requires additional information as part of our investigation ofthis violation of <br />Section 404 of the Clean Water Act, 33 U.S.C. § 1344, and pursuant to the authority of Section <br />308 of the Clean Water Act, 33 U.S.C. § 1318, you are required to respond to the enclosed <br />Request for Information. (See Enclosure 1.) Please answer each question in the enclosure as <br />clearly and completely as possible. Xour response to this request must be accompanied by a <br />certificate that is signed and dated by you or the person who is authorized by you to respond to <br />the Request for Information. The certification must state that the response is complete and <br />contains all information and documentation available to you that is responsive to the Request for <br />Information. A Statement of Certification is included with this letter.
