Lonr; <br />Drvrsion DvMtrv <br />Please be advised that a Formal Public Hearing has been tentatively scheduled before the Colorado <br />Mined Land Reclamation Board (Board), to address the above-referenced actions pertaining to the <br />O. C. No. 2 Mine, Permit No. C-80-002. The Hearing is tentatively scheduled to occur during <br />the January 24-25, 1996 Board Hearing. The hearing will occur at 1313 Sherman Street, Room <br />318, Denver, Colorado, 80203. <br />The Hearing will address an Order to Show Cause Why Permit No. C-80-002 Should Not Be <br />Revoked.
