The Court <br />finds that by Order issued July 25, 1988, the debtor was given <br />through September 12, 1988, in which to file a plan and <br />disclosure statement, failing which this case will be converted <br />forthwith. The debtor has not filed a plan and disclosure <br />statement by September 12, 1988, and this Chapter 11 case should <br />be converted to a Chapter 7 proceeding; therefore, it is: <br />ORDERED that: <br />Chapter 7; <br />1. This case is converted from a Chapter 11 to a <br />2. The United States Trustee shall commence proceedings <br />under Chapter 7 by appointing an interim trustee; <br />3. The Order for Relief under Chapter 7 is the same <br />date as the Order for Relief herein pursuant to 11 U.S.C. <br />§ 348(b); <br />4. The debtor(s) shall file a final report as <br />debtor(s)-in-possession from the time of filing until this date; <br />5. The debtor(s) shall file a separate schedule of <br />unpaid obligations incurred since the date of filing of the <br />Chapter 11 petition herein until this date as required by <br />Bankruptcy Rule 1019(6); <br />6. The debtor(s) shall file a schedule of executory <br />contracts entered into or assumed after the filing of the <br />original petition until this date; <br />7.
