Cottony <br />Actin~g/Div/sion Director <br />Withdrawal of Possible <br />The Division has received the above-named bond increase, and has found the bond instrument to be acceptable. <br />The total bond amount posted is now $6,256, which is the amount felt to be adequate to reclaim the site under the <br />existing reclamation plan. You have been notified by the Division's Denver office of the receipt and acceptance of <br />the bond increase. <br />This letter is to inform you that the Mined Land Reclamation Board agenda item for possible violation for failure to <br />provide the bond increase has been withdrawn from the November meeting agenda.
