Among those condi ions is the <br />submittal of additional proof of financial warranty in the amount of <br />$134,700.00 for a total financial warranty of $152,250.00. A cop of that <br />Board Order is enclosed. <br />The Board Order references the stipulations entered into by the Division and <br />you, as operators, prior to its July meeting. Among those stipul tions is <br />that the additional proof of financial warranty be provided to th Division by <br />August 16, 1991 in a form acceptable to the Division.
