Box 100 <br />San Luis, CO 81152 <br />RE: San Acacio Pit (Permit M-1999-024) Continuation of Boazd Hearing on Possible Violation <br />Dear Ms. Pacheco: <br />Cm February 23, 2000, the Mined Land Reclamation Board continued its consideration of a possible violation at the <br />San Acacio Pit for failure to protect areas outside the affected land from damage during the mining operation and <br />reclamation for 90 days. 'ibis would bring the matter back before the Board during the May 24-25,2000 meeting. <br />So far as is currently known, the May 24-25, 2000 meeting of the Board will beheld in Room 318, 1313 Sherman <br />St., Denver, Colorado.
