The operator requested that the date be <br />extended to April 19, 2006 in order for the operator to resolve issues with its bank. <br />As of today, the operator has not posted the remaining bond in the amount of $98,000.00. Therefore, the <br />possible violation as noted in the Division's letter of Apri129, 2005 will be scheduled for the July 12-13, 2006 <br />hearing before the Mined Land Reclamation Boazd. Please see the attached DMG letter for further <br />clarification. <br />A Formal Public Hearing will be held during the July 12`" and 13`s Board meeting for consideration of a <br />possible violation. The hearing will be held in Room 318 of 1313 Sherman Street, Denver, Colorado, <br />beginning at 10:00 a.m. on July 12'", and at 9:00 a.m. on July 13'" or as soon thereafter as the matter can be <br />considered. At that hearing you will have the opportunity to be represented and heazd.
