Notice of Violation C-90-012 for failure to <br />performance bond coverage for the Carbon Junction Mine. <br />Worth, Texas, as <br />t Insurance <br />to the <br />f the Colorado <br />issuing to <br />provide <br />Please note that the specified abatement is to secure replacement reclamation <br />bond coverage in the amount of E931,1500.00 in a form acceptable to the <br />Division on or before June 1, 1990. <br />Since it is in the Division's interest, should Pueblo Coal, lnc. not be able <br />to satisfactorily replace the existing bond, to establish what rights it may <br />have to assets of the Texas American Bank, the Division requests Pueblo Coal, <br />Inc. to furnish information describing the nature of any and all collateral <br />supplied by Pueblo Coal, Inc. or its parent organization to secure Letter of <br />Credit No. 17345. <br />
