This proposal is based on the assessment conference held <br />in our office on April 7, 1992. In attendance at the conference in addition <br />to you and me were Dave Berry, Kent Gorham, and Harry Ranney of the Division. <br />If you agree with the Settlement Agreement, please sign it and return it to <br />our office as instructed on the form.
