The operator
performed the required abatement work for each NOV, so all three NOV's have been terminated.
The operator has settled with the Division concerning NOV CV-97-005, and a civil penalty was
paid. However, at the operator's request, there will be an assessment conference on November
12, 1997 in order to determine whether NOV's CV-97-013 and CV-97-014 should be vacated.
[f you need any additional information, please call me.
Sincerely,
D
sep J. i~h
Environmental Protection Specialist
Attachments
c:\wp61 \bowie2\pub linq
