This <br />action required that the topsoil stockpiled be removed from the <br />disturbed area and revegetated according to the requirements in the <br />permit. Ground conditions are starting to dry out finally and <br />conditions should allow us to get started on this work next week. <br />Therefore, a two week extension would set the new deadline date of <br />Friday, July 7th. <br />Please contact me if you or any other members of the Division have <br />any questions regarding this request. <br />Sincerely, <br />Michael G.
