The estimate includes the cost for construction of slurry walls azound Longhorn <br />and Shazkey Lakes, reclamation of ponds that maybe exposed by groundwater, topsoil <br />replacement, revegetation and rip-rap armoring on 1,000 feet of exposed shoreline in proximity <br />to the river.
