Pit Ivill daylight on Ives[, not impound inter or expose grotmdxater. Mining will be <br />south to north, and follow erisring plw1. Final slopes will be maximum oj3:1, wi[!t same topsoil and seeding <br />plan. Pre-existing sawdust will help amend soil and some soil to be imported if a deficit exists available <br />onsite supply. <br />The terms of the Amendment No. 2 approved by the Division aze hereby incorporated into Perms[ No. M-1991-104.
