Since you did not attend the conference, the <br />Division must assume that you are no longer interested in pursuing your <br />objection to the amendment. The Division will make a decision on the <br />amendment application by the required decision date of ]Jovember 24, <br />1995 and will send you written notice of the decision. If you disagree <br />with the Division's decision, you may file an appeal of the Division's <br />decision with the Colorado Mined Land Reclamation Board.
