Dear Mr. Boulay:
Enclosed please find three copies of revised material addressing
our telephone conversation discussions yesterday with regard to
the application for MR49 to the Seneca II-W Mine Permit C-82-057.
This minor revision requests permission to drill five (5)
monitoring wells associated with the Sage Creek and Wolf Creek
coal seams in the Seneca II-W south area.
• Because the Division has not yet completed the review of the
updated bond estimate associated with Permit Renewal No. 03, the
bond costs associated strictly with MR-49 have been segregated
for the Division to review. The enclosed page 11 from Tab 25
needs to be inserted into the permit document once the minor
revision has been approved.
