Box 21588
Denver, CO 80221-0588
Dear John:
As per your request this letter is SCh response to the Fax dated
January 25, 1994, from Bill York-Feirn, State of Colorado Dept.
of Natural Resources.
I find the parameters are conGistent with the operations at
Spec-Agg and his request for at`inapping program is essentially
a formalization of what we are $$beady doing and this request
is understandable on his part. K'Liere are several ways that these
data can be formalized and I would leave the final decision
to the investigator and Mr. York-Feirn.
In regard to the enumerated questions, the east-west fault has
long since been mined out and is no longer a factor both in
slope wall stability and quality of your product. Also, the=
weathered and decomposed rock was removed some time ago and
it too is no longer a factor.
As mentioed in our telephone conversation owing to my wife:
emergency operatics I am staying with my son in Colorado S;?rings
but you have his address and number in case I need to resp~~nd
at a later date.
Sincerely,

Robert H.
