This TR request includes the construction of a 9,324 squaze foot, one story Ironclad Dry/Engineering Office Building as shown on the attached building sketch. Construction methods include a concrete slab, pole supports, wood framing, metal roof and walls, metal studs and a sheet rock interior. The building will be constructed in the southwest corner of the existing Ironclad pazking lot adjacent to the existing security gate. The security gate will be moved to the Ironclad access road such that the new Ironclad Dry/Engineering Office Building is inside the fenced perimeter. The approximate location is shown on the attached site view. Included in the building construction is a new sewage vault sized for the building. Building permits and sewage vault approvals aze being sought through Teller County. The Ironclad pazking lot will be realigned to the north, to replace lost pazking associated with building construction, on previously disturbed mined land. No new disturbance is proposed with the construction of the building or the realignment of the Ironclad pazking lot.
