This submittal was part one of a two part abatement requirement <br />for Notice of Violation C-93-075. The submittal is classified as <br />Technical Revision No. 15 and the Division's adequacy comments to TR-15 are as <br />follows: <br />Division Adequacy Comments <br />No. Comment <br />1. Please illustrate, on Drawing 11-3, the gate valve located on the <br /> in-pond side of the primary spillway and indicate that the full <br /> water level on the same drawing is with the gate valve closed. <br />2. Please indicate, on Drawing 11-3, the slope of the primary spillway <br /> and the sl es of the and embankment inslo es and outdo es. <br />3. Please clarify what the "gap" indicates in the Water Level in <br /> Pond/Sediment Pond Stage Filling Diagram, illustrated on <br /> Drawing 11-3. <br />4.
