Box 1241 <br />Canon City, Colorado 81212 <br />RE: Spider's Aggregate Pit, File No. 77-193 <br />Dear Mr. Snider: <br />On November 27, 1984 the Division inspected the above operation. Daring that <br />inspection the inspector noted the following possible violation: <br />1. The operator was mining outside of the permit boundaries. M~ning was <br />recently conducted outside of the permit boundary, south of t:he <br />"Granite Future" area adjacent to a small drainage. Mining equipment <br />and supplies were located outside of the permit boundary, in an area <br />east and northeast of the stockpiles. <br />The Division will present information to the Colorado Mined Land Reclamation <br />Board to determine if there is reason to believe a violation has occurred. <br />This will be presented to the Board on January 23-24, 1985. <br />Please refer to Rule 8.22 of CMLRB Mineral Rules and Regulations (C.R.S. <br />34-32-124).
