Cattany <br />Division Director <br />Natural Resource Trustee <br />> j <br />Re: Cresson ProjeM, Permit No. M-]980-244, Technical Revision Approval, Revision No. TR-49 <br />Deaz Mr. Goodrich: <br />On July 13, 2007 the Division of Reclamation, Mining and Safety approved the Technical Revision application submitted <br />to the Division on June 19, 2007, addressing the following: <br />Iron clad engineering o,~ce building replacement. <br />The terms of the Technical Revision No. 49 approved by the Division are hereby incorporated into Permit No. M-1980- <br />244. All other conditions and requirements of Permit No. M-1980-244 remain in full force and effect. <br />The amount of reclamation warranty needed to demolish the building was calculated to be $44,546.00. This amount has <br />been deducted from the surplus warranty CC&V left in place for such incidental occurrence. The total warranty for the <br />site is $44,691,258.
