CO 81501 <br />Re: Extension of CV-2003-003 from May 30, 2003 to June 29, 2003 <br />Currently Seneca needs an extension to CV-2003-003 abatement <br />deadline by 30 days so items of concern can be properly corrected. The <br />flow off of D-Pit has already been directed into it natural drainage. In <br />addition, additional equipment (back hoe and small dozer with 6-way <br />directional blade) has been rented to work on abating this citation. <br />Seneca is currently working on the erosion along Haul Road G and <br />should have it completed by the May 26, 2003. <br />Reconstructing down drains and small catch basin will take additional <br />time. Seneca needs to purchase and haul in more rock and placing this <br />rock is time consuming. Reconstructions of small sediments basis and <br />properly armoring the spillway will also take time and effort.
