The current due date of proposed <br />decision on Permit Renewal 5 is November 30. The plan was not to renew, but all the work to reach a final bond <br />release is just not going to get done for about a year, thus the permit needs to be renewed. There are two figures <br />would like to identify. 1) the amount of liability still required (the cost of remaining reclamation work, the value of <br />reclamation work accomplished but not bond released, and the value of reclamation work for permanent <br />structures that have not been recognized in a bond release), and 2) the cost of remaining reclamation work (the <br />first item of the part 1)).
