A staff recommendation memorandum of March 9, 1995 <br />(copy attached) has also been reviewed. Based upon these documents and the facts contained <br />within the referenced Notice of Violation ides, Notices of Violation C-94-024 and C-94-026 have <br />been modified, and Notices of Violation C-94-025 and C-94-027 have been vacated.
