The Dryland Reclaimed Areas are not <br />included in this request for Phase III bond release. <br />The AVF Reclaimed Area (15.883 acres) covers approximately fourteen percent of the <br />total reclaimed area extent (109.995 acres). Pending approval of this report, Kaiser <br />requests that fourteen percent ($16,800) of the remaining bond liability ($120,000) be <br />released. <br />Thank you for taking the time to review this application.
