Mining of the seam has proven to <br />be difficult, at best. The following text extracted from the R2P2 application <br />that is currently being prepared for the BLM explains the need to expand <br />both the time and area allowed for the exploratory mining. This text, along <br />with the supporting documentation should be inserted into Tab 12 . <br />Enclosed are three (3) copies of the revision. <br />Sincerely, <br />John M.
