Herewith <br />are several comments. From the information at hand it is not <br />evident that the problems are tied to the field sampling, although <br />this appears to be the most probably cause. <br />INTRODUCTION <br />I reviewed the following documents: <br />12-14-92 Report and data fr. Halepaska and Assoc.,' Bi-weekly <br />sample analyses. <br />01-13-93 Fax letter and data fr. Alana Scott to L. Oehler; <br />report of high dissolved Cd value, and report of <br />verification of analysis affirming the hig:n dissolved <br />Cd value. <br />01-12-93 Fax note and data fr. Ann Maest (3rd Party sampler) to <br />L. Oehler; note and data show no anomalous values. <br />01-07-93 Report and data fr. Halepaska and Assoc.,• Bi-weekly <br />sample analyses. <br />01-13-92 Report and data fr. Halepaska and Assoc. Quarterly <br />sample analyses. <br />Anomalously high Cd values were reported in samples collected by <br />Halepaska during the quarterly sampling conducted October 12-15. <br />Anomalous values reported in RS-1, RS-2, M-4, M-4 duplicate, M-9, <br />D87-24, and the rinse blank. <br />1 <br />
