(BMRI) requests the Division's review and completion
period for Technical Revision (TR) thirty-two (32) be extended for a period of 60-days
beyond the current March 27, 2003 deadline. BMRI has completed all requested
revisions associated with this application and will be forwarding to the Division office
within the next several days, a final revised document. BMRI makes this request to allow
the Division and other interested parties adequate time to review the final submittal i~r it's
entirety prior to rendering any further discussion or approval of the submitted document.
The incorporation of revisions requested by the Division has required extensive time to
review, catalog, reference and incorporate into this final document.
