During times of blasting, ttao flagmen will be positioned on <br />Higlnaay 24 saes[bound to observe any possible sympathetic <br />rockslides and if necessary, warn oncoming traffic. <br />2. During times of operation ac Summit Pit, Rocky Mountain As- <br />phalt, Inc. would propose [hat we be allowed to clean the <br />shoulders and highcaay adjacent to the Summit PiC property. <br />3.
