The TR deals with a <br />possible reduction in the woody plant density standard at the <br />Hayden Gulch Mine. Mike Neumann of TerraMatrix, the operator's <br />agent, told me he had already sent a copy of the submittal to John <br />Toolen of the Colorado Division of Wildlife. Dave Berry has given <br />a copy of the submittal to Tony Waldren. Dave asked me to send a <br />copy to you. <br />The submittal was called complete on November 20, 1995.
