(WAI) herein commits to mine no deeper than 40 feet below <br />existing grade on the above referenced permit area. Furthermore, WAI will leave gravel in <br />place Iunrninedl around the perimeter of the pit to create the 3H:1 V final slope (WAI will not <br />mine to vertical and then backfilU.
