I officially decline to object to this <br />specific Amendment. It appeazs that the issues that I brought up in my public comment letter, <br />specifically those that the DMG has jurisdiction over, will be addressed to ensure that the <br />operation will meet the required State standards. I will correspond with the La Plata County <br />Planning Department in regazds to the issues which you do not have jurisdiction over in the hope <br />that they can be worked out.
