iii iiiiiiiiiiiii iii <br />999 <br />Public Notice <br />Pursuant to Title 34, Article 35, Paragraph 3, of the Colorado Revised Statutes, the Division of <br />Minerals and Geology hereby issues notice that on March 31, 1994 a minor revision application <br />to a permit to conduct coal mining operations at the Colowyo Mine, File No. C-81-019 (MR-27), <br />by Colowyo Coal Company, 5731 State Highway 13, Meeker, Colorado 81641, was deemed <br />complete for the purposes of filing. The revision addresses 1994 development drilling.
