We aze <br />specifically requesting DOW's consultation and approval regarding the amended woody <br />plant establishment plan and density standazd, pursuant to CDMG Rule 4.15.8(7). <br />Enclosed please find the following: Seneca Coal Company's (BCC's) 1St Response to <br />Adequacy Comments dated Aril 3, 2006, CDMG's second adequacy review letter dated <br />April 19, 2006, and BCC's 2" Response to Adequacy Comments dated June 6, 2006. In <br />particulaz please review adequacy item #8 and the associated plans contained in <br />Appendix 13-13 and Exhibits 13-13.1 and 13.13.3 of BCC's Apri13, 2006 submittal. <br />If at all possible we would like to have your review completed no later than June 30, <br />2006.
