The sediment catch basin TR, as we discussed by phone, is being sent out <br />by FedEx today, along with a fax transmittal of the cover letter and application form to your <br />office. Given the forthcoming three~ay weekend, Energy Fuels requests an extension of the <br />submittal date to February 22, 1995. <br />Energy Fuels is concurrently working on the above referenced Annual Hydrology Reports. <br />Much of this work is nearing completion, and should be complete within the next week. <br />Consequently, Energy Fuels requests an extension for submittal of the required reports to <br />February 27, 1995. <br />Thank you for your consideration on these items.
