Enclosed please find several permit pages (i-ll,iii-15,4-116, 4-119, 4-124 to 4- <br />128,4-129,4-130,4-140 and 4-141) that are revised with this response to Division <br />comments separately from the original June 1996 submittal, and subsequent July 1997 <br />and January 1998 responses. <br />Trapper offers the following responses to DMG's comments: <br />Response to Specific Question No. 1. <br />Permit pages 4-116 and 4-119 were revised as per the Division's request. The term <br />shrub pad was defined at the bottom of the third paragraph on page 4-116. <br />Response to Other DMG Comments. <br />The changes suggested for page 4-123 were previously made and submitted to you in a <br />letter from Forrest Luke dated July 23, 1997. <br />Section 4.4.2.1 was retained as you suggested. However, a note was added to the <br />beginning of the section to indicate that it remained only for historical reference. To <br />accommodate the retention of section 4.4.2.1, enclosed Table of Contents pages i-11 and <br />iii-15 were revised; a page indicating that pages 4-124 to 4-128 were intentionally left <br />blank is enclosed; and enclosed pages 4-129, 4-130, 4-140 and 4-141 were revised with <br />new section heading numbers. <br />Tom, I am enclosing two complete sets of the pages revised and accepted for all of the <br />various DMG comment and Trapper response iterations that have occurred with this TR. <br />This packet is separate from the set of pages revised for this particulaz response. <br />P.0.
