On May 7, 2004 the Division of Minerals and Geology approved the Amendment application submitted to the Division
on February 9, 2004, addressing the following:
Changes to final mine plan and reclamation plan.
The terms of the Amendment No. 2 approved by the Division aze hereby incorporated into Pemut No. M-1981-088. All
other conditions and requirements of Permit No. M-1981-088 remain in full force and effect.
The additional estimated liability amount of $151,500.00 for the McCoy Pit, when added to the existing liability amount
of $187,000.00, exceeds the performance bond held. If you have not already done so, please submit additional bond in
the amount of $151,500.00 for a total revised bond of $338,500.00. The revision will not be final until the bond is
approved by the Division. For your information a copy of the Division's cost summary form, showing how the indirect
costs are calculated, is enclosed.
