Long <br />Division Direc mr <br />Pursuant to Rule 2.08.5C3)(b) of the regulations of the Colorado Mined Land <br />Reclamation Board for Coal Mining, you are hereby notified that the right to <br />renew a valid, existing coal mining and reclamation permit was issued to <br />Trapper Mining Inc. on January 21, 1993 for the Trapper Mine. This also <br />includes approval with stipulations of Permit Revision No. 3 (PR-03). These <br />permitting actions allow Trapper Mining Inc. to conduct surface coal mining <br />and reclamation operations at the Trapper mine until December 31, 1997. <br />The surface mining operation is located approximately five miles south of <br />Craig, Colorado, in Moffat County. The area is more specifically described as <br />follows: <br />Township 5 North, Range 90 West <br />Portions of Sections 5 and 6 <br />Township 5 North, Range 91 West <br />Portions of Sections 1, 4 and 5 <br />Sections 2 and 3, ALL <br />Township 6 North, Range 90 West <br />Portions of Sections 30 and 32 <br />Section 31.
