Since it will take at least several <br />months to go thrv the legal notice procedure that vas agreed to at that meeting, I <br />assume it is necessary to extend the decision date. I don't know if you need <br />something in writing from me, or you will automatically extend the decision date. <br />However, if you need something in writing from me, please consider this FAX a <br />request to extend the decision date on the above technical revision request to June <br />30, 1995. This should give me suffiaent time to complete the notice, prepare and <br />submit any additional items you may require, and have some time to respond to an}• <br />concerns and/or comments you receive.
