This incidental boundary change
was requested so that Salt Creek could continue its development
work while the agencies involved with the Permit Revision reviewed
the application. It is expected that the pending Permit Revision
will be approved within the next few months. When the revision is
approved all of the maps will exchanged for the maps that Salt
Creek has submitted for that revision.
Salt Creek requests that it be allowed to use the existing maps
with the minor boundary error until March 26, 1992. Enclosed is a
one page notification that the maps are in error. At your
suggestion, the page should be inserted into the existing
application at the beginning of the section containing the
figures.
If there are questions or if I can be of assistance, please call.
Sincerely,
~G~~
ohn M.
