<br />Dear Arlan and Robert Peckham:
<br />Pursuant to Title 34, Article 33, of the Colorado Revised Statutes, the Division of Minerals and
<br />Geology hereby issues notice [hat on November 3, 1995, a technical revision application for a permit
<br />to conduct coal mining operations by The Pittsburg & Midway Coal Mining Co., P.O. Box 176, Oak
<br />Creek, Colorado 80467, was deemed complete for the purposes of filing. All reviews and comment
<br />periods as provided in the Act and Regulations promulgated thereunder initiate from this day of filing.
<br />The applicant proposes to revise surface coal mining operations at the Edna Mine. The purpose of
<br />the revision is to adjust the permit boundary and remove 869 unaffected acres from the permit area.
<br />The Edna Mine is located four miles northwest of Oak Creek, Colorado, in the following sections:
<br />Township 5 North. Ranee 85 West of the 6th Principal Meridian
