Mount, Senior Environmemal Protection Specialist TOG ~GP~~- <br />RE: Lake County, Lake County Grav Pit, Permit No. M-1977-459 <br />Please be advised that on February 1, 2000, Lake County, whose address and telephone number are P.O. <br />Box 964, Leadville, CO 80461; (719) 486-0993, filed an application to convert M-197759, Lake <br />County Grav Pit, a 110(c) Limited Impact Construction Materials Permit to a 112(c) Regular Construction <br />Materials Permit. The mining and reclamation operation is located at or near Section 27, Township 9S, <br />Range 80W, 6th Prime Meridian, in Lake County. The application decision is scheduled for May I, 2000. <br />A copy of the application is available for review at the Lake County Clerk & Recorder's office and at the <br />office of the Division of Minerals and Geology, Room 215, 1313 Sherman Street, Denver, Colorado <br />80203. <br />All written comments or objections must be submitted within twenty (20) days of the date of the newspaper <br />public notice to be considered in the application review process by the Division.
