<br />Pursuant to Title 34, Article 35, Paragraph 3, of the Colorado Revised
<br />Statutes, the Mined Land Reclamation Division hereby issues notice that on
<br />April 23, 1992, an application to revise (addition of Sanborn East tract) a
<br />Current permit to conduct coal mining operations, F11e No. C-81-022 (PR -
<br />002>, by Somerset Mining Company, P.O. Box 535, Somerset, CO 81434, was
<br />deemed complete for the purposes of filing. All reviews and comment periods
<br />as provided in the Act and Regulations promulgated thereunder initiate from
<br />this day of filing.
