WEST PORTAL SUBSTATION: This srea will be reclsimed. <br />Straw bales will be plsced so ss to provide sediment control. <br />2. WEST PORTAL WATER TANK: This sres will be reclsimed. A <br />double row of straw bales caill be plsced so ss to provide <br />sediment control. <br />Computer simulstions of these areas with the above described <br />sediment control devices have been run by Greystone, Inc. Copies <br />of these simulstions with the run-off and sediment load <br />cslculstions are attached. <br />3. WEST PORTAL FAN AREA: This srea was included in the <br />cslculstions for the containment sres in the permit. <br />~. WEST PORTAL POWDER AND CAP HOUSE: The sump srea <br />previously described, controls the run-off from this sres. A <br />ditch diverts undisturbed run-off from the sres upslope from <br />this disturbance. This diversion has been added to map 11 <br />(enclosed). <br />
