Sky Ute Sand & Gravel, LLC is now the permitted operator of the Haldorson Sand and <br />Gravel Mine, and as such, is responsible for all provisions in M-2003-037, as well as those specified in the Rules and <br />Regulations. <br />Enclosed are the following bond and the Performance Warranty you originally provided. <br />Bank of the West Letter of Credit <br />Cash Bond <br /> <br />$90,736.00 <br />$364.00 <br />These have been released as of August 8, 2005 Division approval for the succession of operators.
